Labial reduction surgery (labioplasty) is an option for women with enlarged labia minora. Large or thick labia can cause interference with clothing choices, certain physical activities such as cycling and sexual activity. Surgery remodels the labial structures that protrude beyond the outer lips of the vagina. The scar is orientated in such a way as to minimize contracture and pressure sensitivity. Mr Davis does not perform gender reassignment surgery. |
